What to do when you loose motivation?
Motivation.. It's great when you've got it! But sucks major big time when you can barely keep your thoughts on what you were previously staying up " just 5 mins more" for last week.
How do we kick the blues? Or try to Hustle your otherwise unmotivated backside??! What's the Key? What's the secret.. No not Gabrielle!!!.. And not Rhonda Byrne's "Secret" I mean what is the undisputed mother of all solutions to bring you back on track?..
I've been in a funk for about 3xdays now and it's probably not helped having a cold, a sore throat and generally feeling overcome by the coming Autumn. (which I love, but comes at least one cold!)
Accepting your growth rate sometimes can be really hard!! especially when, if your like me you want to see results yesterday.
We really do not know what tomorrow may bring! And we can't control how fast our lives move or for that matter.. sometimes where they move too, we've just got to kept the faith "bon jovi" style... Faith we are on the right path and faith that things are moving at the right pace.
So the moral of this blog is too in fact keep the faith! When you are moving, but are not moving at a "thrilling" speed, it's still nice to catch a breath, take stock and be patient. After all life is full of many different speeds, all of which are pretty much out of your control. So keep the Faith.
