I find now that doing short sharp bursts & being productive little and often each day - Overtime - breeds RESULTS with less risk of total and complete burnout.
I used to go looooong and hard and then wondered why I was completely exhausted in the end.
Every top athlete trains at different speeds and tempos, there is literally no way on God's good earth that anyone can maintain a sprint indefinitely. It's just never going to happen. Let's be realistic.. let's get that straight.. & let's maybe stop trying to be some kinda superhero and use this good knowledge to live our best.. refreshed & on-form selves!!

Over time, each day you will see results before the main piece.. the statute suddenly starts to take on it's own form.
